What's Going On Here?

This year I've really been present to what feels like two opposing features in human beings:
1. All humans are a hot mess, like dysfunctional (and I don't mean that in a derogatory way) from having profoundly self limiting beliefs to outright TRAUMA. I don't care how put together or successful you appear.
2. Human beings are mind-blowingly amazing. When we expose our humanness (not our perfection) we are inspiring, period. And, no matter how much my clients grow I can see we've only scratched the surface of what they're capable of.
So why don't we have more of what we want in life? I think because we keep looking outside of ourselves. While you'll need models and maybe some guidance only you can ultimately know what's right for you. Literally no one else can tell you. The more you strengthen the muscle of your adult brain - intuition, belief in yourself, resilience, bravery, etc., the less impactful all that dysfunction becomes and you start to blossom in ways you never imagined possible.
